Pre-Listing Home Inspection
You may already know the condition of your home or you may not. Receiving and accepting an offer is an exciting moment. Losing a buyer due to an unknown issue with the home is not so exciting. A Pre-Listing Home Inspection can find potential issues and can help make the sale go much more smoothly. Finding an issue before the home goes on the market will give the seller time to correct the issue and save time during the selling process.
Pre-Purchase Home Inspection

New Construction Inspection

11th Month Warranty Inspection
Most newly constructed homes come with a 12 month warranty from the company that built it. Having your home inspected during the 11th month will give the builder time to make any necessary repairs before the expiration of the warranty.
Annual Home Maintenance Inspection
An Annual Home Maintenance Inspection can help prevent costly repairs. Homes require seasonal and sometimes more frequent maintenance. Home Inspection Detectives will walk through your home with you and give you a better understanding of how to properly maintain your home.
Re-Inspection
When a defect is found during a home inspection, the repair is made by the seller or the seller’s qualified contractor. A Re-inspection ensures that the defect has been corrected.
Water Quality Testing
Basic Test includes testing for total coliform bacteria, E. Coli bacteria, Nitrates and Nitrites. Comprehensive Test includes total coliform bacteria, E. Coli bacteria, Nitrates, Nitrites, arsenic, lead, sodium and harness.
Thermal Imaging
Infrared Thermal imaging can help detect anomalies that could be hidden in walls, floors or ceilings. Thermal imaging can help find insulation that may be missing, air leaks and moisture intrusion.
